My name is Angelika Napierala, a young creative, movement director, physical therapist and film producer from Poland, based in London, UK. I believe that everything starts primarily and instinctively with movement and I dedicate my life to pursue a joy of movement in one life at a time.

ABOUT MOVEMETHICS
Movemethics specialises in providing physical therapy and movement related services for performing artists including actors, dancers and other physical performers. The fundamentals of my practice are based in movement - its analysis and expansion and they are further developed with a patient to best suit their needs as a performer and a human being!
EXPERIENCE
Angelika has been a dancer and a performer with over 15 years experience. Graduated with first class honours and multiple achievement awards in a field of Sports and Dance Therapy from London Metropolitan University in 2019. She also presented her final year research at the Annual BASES Student Conference held in Dundee, Scotland in 2019.
She has worked with sports teams and individual athletes including disciplines such as: rugby (men and women), football, basketball, marathon runners, boxers, gymnasts and dancers of various styles.
She continued her higher education, graduating with distinction from MA Movement: Direction and Teaching at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
